Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@nullity.la If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

For domestic returns, a flat $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, a $35 shipping fee will be deducted.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original one. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
